Come See Automated Ag Grow

Automated Agri-Systems

January 8, 2016 | LeRoy, IL: Amid strong growth and transformation, Automated Agri-Systems hosts an Open House on January 22, 2016 from 8:30 to 11:00 am at their shop location in LeRoy, Illinois. Join the Auto Ag team to say goodbye to retirees and meet the face of the future in Central Illinois agriculture. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Larry Poppe, partner at Automated Agri-Systems, has declared retirement. While he will still be around the office, he takes on a consultant role. Larry, a Vietnam veteran and ag industry fountain of knowledge, has worked in the service field since he returned from his tour of duty in 1967. What does nearly 50 years of ag industry experience mean? Trust, integrity and results. Larry has built his reputation, and Automated Ag’s, over the years. Customer service calls and internal training have grown through Larry’s advice and experience.

Automated Ag is very fortunate to have a succession team, trained in the ways of Larry. They also have him on speed dial! He looks forward to more time with his wife Cheryl, his children and grandchildren and less time in grain dryers! Please join us in wishing Larry the best in his retirement. In anticipation of Larry’s retirement, Automated Ag hired Jason Spaulding, certified electrician. Jason offers nearly 20-years of electrical field experience. He will lead the service department and expand Automated Ag’s electrical business operations.

Brett Andricks was hired in May of 2014 as Operations Manager. Brett has over 20 years of experience in the grain industry. Acting in roles across both commercial and farm markets, he has a great understanding of how equipment moves from the plant to the plot. Brett is focused on streamlining customer experience and improving field metrics. This role addition allows Russ to focus on sales and project management.

Russ, Brock, Mike and the service, construction and millwright teams continue to uphold Automated Ag’s business as usual. The teams are trained and equipped to continue delivering quality service and equipment. For more information on Automated Agri-Systems product and service line, please visit the new and improved www.autoag.com. Customers, feel free to leave us a note, request service, review our gallery and check out our new product offerings or used inventory.

The Open House on January 22, 2016 has a rain date of February 5th if a winter advisory forces cancellation.

We look forward to seeing you!
